An energetic session that’ll provide you with the most fun you’ve ever had while working out. With the lights low and the glow sticks flashing, this session will have you dancing to your favourite songs whilst moving for your mental health.

Open to anyone 16+, who previously, currently or at risk of being affected by mental health difficulties.
