Getting creative can be a fantastic way to look after your wellbeing, make new friendships and explore new hobbies. You do not have to be experiencing mental ill health to attend (although our staff and volunteers that deliver them have extensive mental health experience) and they are fun, friendly and informal. No creative experience (or skills!) required!
