We’ve teamed up with parkrun to support individuals do access this free weekly activity in order to boost their mental health and wellbeing.
Throughout summer we’ll be hosting a series of walkthrough events that give individuals who are anxious about attending a parkrun the opportunity to:
- walk the run route,
- meet the run director and volunteers,
- partner up with a run buddy if needed,
- join us for a drink and a chat
before attending the regular parkrun on the Saturday.
