These yoga sessions, exclusively for individuals working and volunteering in the health and social care and voluntary sectors provide a safe space to unwind and relax. You’ll learn breathing techniques and work through gentle stretches and poses designed to help you feel better mentally and physically. You’ll also be in a social environment with like minded people who understand the pressures of working and volunteering in health and social care where connection and community can be fostered.
